Is Personal Touch Travel, LLC a certified and licensed travel agency?
We are registered with the Secretary of State in North Carolina and are certified with IATAN. We also hold a general liability insurance policy and E & O insurance.
What are your hours?
Our phone hours are Monday - Friday, 2pm to 6pm; however, we are available via email at all times of the day and on weekends. We pride ourselves on responding very quickly via email at info@PersonalTouchTravel.com
How do I find obtain passport information?
Can I make a deposit on an event after the deposit date has passed?
Yes, you can make reservations for any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel Insurance is optional, but highly recommended.
